Perfect for photoshoots, Video Shoots and content creation. The Topps Building is a mixed use building with artist studios and mixed commercial tenants. Studio rental includes basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes and stools. Does not include Lighting gear or modifiers. We are a working photo studio. Are gear rental is at a fraction of most rental houses charge. We paint the CYC wall once a week but if you need it freeshly painted its $25 for a touch up and $50 to paint the entire floor/wall. Creative Team We have contacts with photographers, stylist, H/M, videographers, Producers. We can produce your whole project. We have all the gear you need or we can bring it in.
