This gorgeous New York Style Gallery Loft space is our newest studio within Downtown Toronto, and is the perfect setting for both you and your brand's next styled shoot (video + photography), brand launch, market, and intimate event. The space features 15' ceilings across ~1600 sq ft, with massive west facing windows facing the Toronto skyline, illuminating a large open concept space with a minimalist gallery aesthetic and custom installations. Designer furniture and props from brands such as Molo Products, Ligne Roset and more, as well as a full kitchen and bathroom are also included with your booking. Optional add-on furniture, equipment (Projectors, Lighting and Backdrops), and booking/event packages (weddings, dinners, etc) are also available for every session (see below). Usable space amounts to approximately ~1300 Square feet of flexible open studio space, and about ~300 Square feet for a single private bathroom/changeroom, and kitchen areas. Multi-Day bookings must also abide by this window. • The space is Bluetooth / Chromecast / Wifi Equipped. • Bluetooth Speaker is available with all bookings • Kitchen is equipped with a Sink, Stove, Fridge and Dishwasher. • Window shades are electric and can be raised or lowered • There is a small minimum mandatory cleaning fee for all bookings • Event bookings are subject to an additional cleaning fee dependent on capacity and use • Can Provide list of Preferred Vendors (Catering, etc) • Can Provide list of Preferred Photographers (Event, Portrait, etc) • No filming, photographing or loitering in the hallways of the building • This is a hard loft, is a 120 year old building, and is subject to imperfections • The building is not Accessible for Wheelchairs (minimum 6 steps) • The building has a Standard elevator • The building has a Freight elevator and dock (additional cost, must be reserved in advance via Add-on) • Both elevators are within steps from our studio About the elevators: There is a standard passenger elevator in the building for persons, pets, personal belongings, and small items. The building has a Freight elevator and Loading Dock, and *MUST* be added to you booking if you are bringing: Large Equipment, Furniture, Carts / Wagons of Supplies, and Large Items. This can only be used between 9-6pm on short notice. Advance notice and approval required for moves outside of these hours. Please note this can only be used by a licensed Freight Elevator Operator (our staff) and can only be accessed *during* the beginning (Load-in) or ending (Load Out) of your booking. Please select your booking length accordingly. *Please note that our staff cannot assist with any moving of any items or equipment.

• We have a 30 min period in between bookings for cleaning, sanitization, and airing out the space as needed. • Sanitizer, soap and any additional appropriate cleaning materials are provided and included with your booking.
