Welcome to our 1,700 sqft sun-soaked industrial corner loft in Brooklyn, NY! We are a creative, full-service photo/video studio specializing in editorial portraiture, product photography, and food photography. Our unique space features 12-ft ceilings, vintage wood flooring, exposed brick, a full kitchen, dining and living area, and bathroom, with plenty of photo and lighting equipment available. We have worked some of the industry's top production companies and brands such as Nike, TikTok, Hypebeast, Vox, Complex, UPS, Squarespace, Best Buy, Canon, and B&H Photo and have shared our space with professional athletes, actors, musicians, and TV personalities. Windows: Our loft has over 60 linear feet of 10 ft tall south and east-facing windows, providing gorgeous morning and afternoon light. Kitchen: Our 198 sqft full, operational kitchen features two massive surfaces for shooting, prepping, and cooking. One custom-made granite slab table (6 ft x 3.5 ft) and a ceramic tile island with decorative inlay (11 ft x 5 ft). The cabinets are handcrafted cedar, matching the wood throughout the rest of the loft. The kitchen features a farmhouse sink, a built-in walnut butcher's block, and a full suite of kitchen tools (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.) for your use during the rental. Bedroom Set: Our bedroom is a 200 sq ft room with white walls and exposed brick, unique furniture, props, lighting, and art. The bedroom has southern exposure with dramatic, direct light. Bathroom: Our 100 sqft in-loft bathroom is perfect for privacy and wardrobe changes. Its tiling matches that of the kitchen, with exposed brick and natural lighting. Other: Our studio features a vanity for hair and makeup needs, a vintage clothing rack, a Jiffy steamer, a scale storage table, and a lofted pillow fort overlooking the studio. Props/ Backdrops: We have a variety of unique props such as various stone and wood slabs, unique textures, mid-century modern furniture and decor, and vintage film and 8mm cameras. We have 9ft seamless paper and backdrops available for use. Colors include black, white, mocha, olive green, crimson red, and more. We can operate the building's freight elevator for productions, which conveniently opens directly to the sidewalk. Access to freight MUST be scheduled with host prior to booking.
