Perfect for all kinds of parties, workshops, game day events, BBQs, crawfish boils, fashion shows, bachelor parties, birthdays, anniversaries, and even informal weddings! The workshop area can be used for a variety of functions and is often used for video and photo shoots. For those who enjoy Karaoke, we even have a disco balcony above the dance floor. The kitchen area features a movable island bar, a 65" TV, and connects to a 50' outdoor deck that looks over the 3-acre backyard. An ADA bathroom is just off the kitchen. Cook your own food, or have it catered in. There are many great nearby food choices - we are just 10 minutes from the Woodlands Mall, and 5 minutes off I-45. It can also be used as a music video location. Outside you will find two fire pits, several picnic tables (one that seats 24), a summer kitchen with a smoker, with a kitchen sink. The parking lot easily holds 50 cars, and the entire property is quite private - don't worry about making noise, we have no neighbors!
