Extremely fast internet & Alexis fire stick is provided. *No Parties or Smoking allowed The home is a traditional style house with an older feel. It is not a modern home. The home sits on two lots offering an ample amount of privacy and space. The yard is extremely large and is great for social distancing, exercising, or simply playing outside. It is equipped with key-less entry, an alarm, high-speed internet, a jet tub, a washer & a dryer, and a small home gym. You will feel right at home while enjoying the original hardwood floors and looking out the bedroom window each day gazing into the large backyard. There are two bedrooms rooms one room has a King and the other bedroom has a full size bed. There’s also a queen size sofa couch in the living room. The second bathroom, washer & dryer and gym is located in the basement. The steps leading to the basement are steep. You may enjoy the entire property during your booking. The outside of the home is monitored with cameras. Coffee, tea, are provided for your enjoyment. The kitchen has the following: ceiling fan, stove, microwave, beautiful pots and pans, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, and a tea kettle. There’s a large TV in the family room and a TV’s in all bedrooms. HighSpeed Internet, local channels, and Firesticks are also provided. You may use the Firestick to access your personal Netflix, and Hula account, etc. No Smoking/vaping in the home and no parties/events are prohibited. If found doing so there will be a $25.00 per person fee added for each person dwelling on the premises. There is a $250.00 smoking fee if there is a presence of smoke. There are devices installed that send alerts to the host if smoke is present. The home is professionally deep cleaned.
