This property boasts two separate buildings: an expansive 4000+ square foot home with 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 3 full baths on top of a hill overlooking the water. The house is located on a quiet dirt road with seasonal neighbors in the summer months, a horse farm across the street, and plenty of parking space for trucks and crew. The updated kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom cherry cabinetry. The family room overlooking the water with vaulted ceilings, 14’ tall stone hearth and wood stove provides a picturesque rustic setting for films or shoots. Both the family room and dining room open to the large deck with beautiful views of the water. The master suite has a custom closet and a spa-like master bath with direct views of the water, great for those contemplative scenes. There is also a fully finished basement with an additional family room and home office that opens to the back patio overlooking the lake. At the bottom of the hill stands a 600 square foot rustic, Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired cabin cantilevered over the water. The cabin was built in the 1940's and has a limited capacity of 5 people at any time. There is also a Disney-themed trailer onsite that can be rented for an additional fee. The property can be used for a film shoot or photo shoot.
