My husband and I enjoy art in all forms and we wanted a home that embodied art in texture and material, one that felt good on the soul while living in it and it needed to be great for entertaining;) This is seen in the choice of countertop colors, the attention to detail in the limestone flooring, the lighting fixtures, arches... Some additional features we're in love with: * Bifold doors that open up to the outdoors * Open Floorplan between kitchen and living room * Dedicated Coffee/Bar * Pomegranate Tree's in the backyard * 3 shower heads in the Master bath * The light and view of palm trees in the upstairs at sunset * Green quartzite countertops in the kitchen GOOD TO KNOW: * House itself is spacious and roomy for production setup. * In HB (between LA & SD) * We have a Tiny House in the garden and a Loft Above the Garage - see above for links * We have 2 other Film/Photo locations in Lake Arrowhead, CA and Savannah, GA. * 5 minutes to the beach & 1 minute to a coffee shop RULES: * Shoes off or Booties to be worn inside the house * All equipment must have proper floor protection, such as tennis balls on the bottom of stands and gear, to prevent damage. * No use of fake blood or glitter * No cats due to allergies * No smoking * Any damage to the property during the rental period is the responsibility of the production and/or production company * Volume to be kept at a reasonable volume through out your production. No loud projected noise * All trash to be removed from the premises

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
