Our 2 bedroom, beautiful old world charm flat is available for any of your needs. All rooms can be used as you wish. We can move things around, or help you build out what you need! There is also a working kitchen with vintage tile. The light is excellent if you are looking for natural vibes. The backyard is colorful and has a great hang out feel. Couches and table can all be moved to facilitate what you need. A little bit about me: Im a Creative Director with a ton of photoshoot experience. I understand the need to find a space you can make your own with great light. I'm totally open to moving things around, making our space be what you need for your project.

We clean in between parties coming in. We keep it aired out and ensure windows are open.
