This 100 year old home is perched halfway up the hill on a half acre lot, for a feeling of being in the woods while still in LA. From midway to the top of the hill you can see views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Mt Baldy, Occidental, and the surrounding areas. There are large windows and tons of outdoor space, and the main house and the full yard are available for your needs. The house has a living / dining area surrounded by windows, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You will not have access to the closet in the primary bedroom, nor will you have access to the free-standing studio or garage on the property. My husband and I work in the film industry and are very familiar with filming needs. We are open to photo or video shoots and select events or meetings. The space will be clean upon your arrival and we expect you to reasonably clean up after your crew by removing all of your supplies and/or equipment and taking all trash down to the bins at the street.

Standard 30 jours
Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 30 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 30 jours à 7 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
