Very bright studio 1000 sq2 multipurpose space available to rent for: Photoshoots Film Events Pop up shops Work shops Meetings Surrounded with windows, the studio is very airy, bright and open. There is a common bathroom right as you enter the space. The top floor has the studio on the far end after the room divider and a real estate office behind two doors. Staging may vary. We are located in a heritage building with the original single pane windows from the 1950’s. Gorgeous and nostalgic, but our space does get cold/warm depending on the season. While we do our best to keep it comfortable in there with a heat pump/cooling system + other space heaters/AC units, the elements do affect the temperature in this unit. Some or all of these props may be moved depending on the event. The 8 hour discount may be applied when the full amount of hours is booked on the same day versus eight hours in multiple bookings.
