The space features many original details, including 10.5-foot ceilings, pocket doors, and beautiful windows! Brightly colored walls, minimalist furniture, plants, and quirky art and decor add a fun, yet elegant touch, and serve as a great backdrop for photo and video productions! The space consists of three main rooms. It's currently setup as two living rooms, plus an eat-in kitchen with a 6-person dining table, however it can be reconfigured to accommodate various needs. Additional rooms on the second and third floor are available as add-ons. Also includes a half-bath, backyard, a record player and records (available on a case-by-case basis), multi-room Google Nest speakers, and 2 TVs with Chromecast for music and video.
