Views of the Hollywood Sign & Griffith Observatory can be seen from this open concept one bedroom guest house designed to feel like a luxury hotel suite. Stylish details include burled cork floors, fully tiled bathroom with spa shower & sliding doors leading outside to a wraparound balcony with cafe table & chairs for enjoying the view. There is a seating area with a couch & sitting chair, a dining table with bench seating for two (two additional chairs can be brought in if requested). A mini kitchen offers filtered water, an induction burner, toaster oven, vitamix, hot water kettle, coffee pour over, medium sized fridge with freezer, bar kit and all plates & glassware needed. A sleeping area boasts a queen size bed. This space has it's own wifi router so there's never any connection issues making it perfect for remote working, small workshops, interviews,etc. Natural light from sunrise until late afternoon makes photoshoots easy. Large furniture can be moved with hosts approval/assistance. To access the space you enter through a gate that is connected to your designated parking spot. This puts you into the side yard of the hosts main residence. From there you walk down a short set of stairs that can be seen in photos. They have railings and are lit at night.
