This rental floor is the first floor of a grand four story historic Victorian and is a meticulously renovated, 1200 sq ft art filled floor with living, dining, sun room and den filming and photo studio space. The art ranges from 300 year old Indian, Moroccan, Syrian and Chinese antiques to visually spectacular paintings from the US, Mexico, Cuba, Lithuania, India, Spain and China. The furniture is high-end from restoration hardware to room and board and custom dining table featuring sunken cypress and antique cast iron features. The floor has multiple exquisite silk carpets from India and Morocco and a beautiful Steinway grand piano adorns the main living room space.

Space is cleaned thoroughly between use with CDC recommended guidelines. After each use the space is ventilated with open windows to let in fresh air, disinfecting sprays are sprayed throughout the space and surfaces are wiped thoroughly.
