Big Colorful Yard and Garden in Hollywood Hills

October 2025 — Our garden is in the midst of its autumn colors. Book now for your photos or videos! We have a very large backyard and garden (about 1/3 acre) in the hills of Studio City, not far from the Hollywood studios. The rental is for the outdoor space only — backyard and front yard. There are lots of places to shoot. Our yard, where we do all the work, is a symphony of colors with many wonderful backdrops — flowers, fruit trees, shrubs, shade trees, a large flowering arch, as well as a large lawn. The garden features a large rose garden, camellia bushes, bougainvilleas and several large trees — red Japanese maple, pomegranate, Coast Live Oaks and citrus. There is a large swimming pool with a diving board. Included in your rental is a room and bathroom which you can use as a wardrobe/makeup/hairstyling space. There is a full-length mirror in the room. If you need an extra room or bathroom, we have one or both available for an extra charge. We have a large covered patio where you can also set up makeup chairs and wardrobe racks (and also shoot). A small refrigerator on the patio is available for your use. In the patio area, we have a Redwood picnic table with benches and umbrellas as well as other patio tables and chairs for your use. The exterior of our mid-century red tile roof ranch house can be filmed. Guests can park 4 cars in our semi-circular driveway. All other cars must park in the street. No Dogs. No Smoking. Note: This space has a 4-hour minimum booking. Any booking under 4 hours will be charged $195 per hour.
