Cottage is close to many New England areas of interest and recreation: woodsy walks, lighthouses, small museums, historical houses, and many lovely towns to explore in all direction. The cottage is a single level, one large bedroom & living room combined with one jack and jill bathroom, and a dining annex to the kitchen. Back entrances lead to the beautiful patio, gardens, extensive lawns and large trees over the property. It is a quiet and private space. From the kitchen there is a slider to the front deck (newly built as of May 2022) and from the living room/bedroom space, a door that leads to the same deck. High ceilings, white wooden shutters offer privacy, in this light and airy space with many windows, and beautiful hardwood floors.
