Old Vicarage House in Lancashire

About this space The house is a former vicarage with an interesting history the deeds are hung in the entrance hall where you can read all about it. I have renovated the property over the last two years and have decorated it throughout. This house is ideal for filming & photoshoots, particularly food photography in the kitchen. The space There are 2 en-suite bedrooms 4 further bedrooms, a family bathroom and downstairs WC, a dining room, kitchen and two sitting rooms. The garden is laid out for dining and you are more than welcome to use this. Guest access There is parking in the drive for 4 cars. My neighbours would appreciate it if you were considerate in your parking and that you don’t obstruct their entry or exit. We do not allow motor homes or large commercial vehicles on the drive due to restrictions on the deed. Other things to note My next door neighbours are Dale and Steph, they are fabulous neighbours, they share our drive. They both work early and have two young children so I would ask guests to ensure they are mindful of them and keep the noise down outside after 9pm. The bins are located outside to the left of the front door and are labelled. The BBQ is a small Kamado Grill so it is not as big as some BBQs.
