NO EXCEPTIONS! Overtime will be charged a fee!

The space is cleaned after each booking thoroughly. Please return space back to its original state. Throw any trash away. Do not put liquid materials in the trash can, dispose of in the outside trashcans outside the building. Do not Step on the curve of Cyc Wall. Do not put hands on walls of Cyc walls. Any damage of Cyc wall is liable to the renter to pay the fee of damages.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation jusqu'à 7 jours avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement intégral (y compris tous les frais) du prix de leur réservation. Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 7 jours à 24 heures avant l'heure de début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
