The furniture in the two bedrooms upstairs can be configured anyway you like. The blue bedroom is spacious and the blue gray bedroom is a little smaller. The bathroom on the top floor includes a wall sized mirror, subway tiled walls, and light color scheme, while the red tiled downstairs full bathroom has a more dramatic look. Backyard includes high fencing all around for privacy, flowers, and length of wall bench seating. Front yard has a low picket fence, large Magnolia tree, flowerbeds and spacious porch with outdoor furniture.

Paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags will be provided for touch ups. Please leave the space as reasonably clean as you found it. Please empty all indoor trash cans, put used dishes in dishwasher, wipe up spills, check yards for anything you may have forgotten, as well as trash. Thank you so much!
