Our mini studio space it works out perfectly for hair/make-up/wardrobe or any production needs. We have a few small out buildings and huge size patio. The home sits on top of 1 acre, 2 parcels with 2 drive in entrances surrounded by mountains and oak trees. Secluded lot with an amazing view of the Conejo Valley. (our location is in an unincorporated area of Thousand Oaks, 91320 This space is ideal for any type of photo shoot or filming as the home is flooded with natural light. The exterior is rustic and rural with a campground like setting and a "lookout" tower. We have a separate entrance for larger vehicles if needed on the upper level and can accommodate up to 25 cars on the property (stacked parking) for larger shoots our neighbor rents out his lot for additional parking needs. A very unique and fun property providing many different backdrops for your shoot. This space is also a great alternative for an off site conference, meeting or workshop location.
