We have 3 bedrooms in a "railroad" style, meaning one room is after another. You enter into a big bedroom, then walk through two other bedrooms before arriving at the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are on the other side of the living room. Backyard is accessed through the kitchen and is equipped with a fire pit and grill. We live in the upstairs unit and you'll have 100% privacy and access to the downstairs unit. This is a century-old house with all its quaint and charming details. High ceilings, original woodwork, and elegant crown moldings throughout. We're around the corner from Blvd E, where you can enjoy incredible unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline from downtown to uptown. The house is easily accessible by buses that run 24/7 and is a quick 20-minute trip to the heart of Manhattan. The space is perfect for a private gathering, team outing, photoshoot, film shoot, or your social media needs and desires. Enjoy cocktails by the fire pit in our garden when the weather's nice, and take advantage of the beautiful original architectural features inside the unit.
