A natural light studio in the heart of old Cumberland, minimally styled to offer a blank canvas for your photography, videography, or content creation, while preserving its historical architectural charm. Featuring a wall of north-facing windows for consistent, diffused, natural ambient light, a small south-facing window that creates interesting patterns on the floor throughout the day, 1000 sq ft of shooting space, 12 foot ceilings, original distressed hardwood flooring, white washed walls, and a minimalist "working loft" aesthetic. The space has a collection of plants and chairs to use as props, a small change room, a large board room/work table, a reclaimed wood couch, and a giant mirror. Lighting stands and backdrop stands are also included in the rental.

Please keep in mind this is a working artists studio that serves a variety of functions, it is a "boots on" kind of space, so while we do our best to keep it swept and tidy for the people we share it with, we are also in here using it every day. It will not always be in pristine "airbnb" level condition! The building is old - the floors are original, unfinished, 100-plus-year-old hardwood that have taken some serious beatings over the year, any protective coating is long, long gone, so watch for splinters.
