Our beautiful space has lots of natural light and high ceilings. It is a very clean, calming modern tree-house style apartment in the Oakland Hills. The studio is part of the main house but has a separate entrance. The space has an open floor plan, with a spacious living room, with brand new flooring. Outside deck area good for quiet relaxing fresh air! There is a convenience kitchen fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, toaster, fridge / freezer, and hot plates (if needed). The bathroom is modern and has a shower. There are two desks with amazing views of the Bay Area, Oakland hills, trees, and the SF bay. There is a CA king size bed with fresh linens available if desired. There is a small bar cart and TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc. The best part of this space is the amazing views from all the windows and the peaceful porch with seating, perfect for fresh air, sunsets, etc. The space is ideal for writers, creatives, or anyone seeking a quiet, calming space for deep focus. Five minute drive from beautiful redwood hikes at Redwood Regional park, Joaquin Miller Park, and five minute drive from cute shops and restaurants in downtown Montclair. 10 minute drive to Berkeley, seven minute drive to Rockridge BART. 15 minutes to Walnut Creek, 25 minutes to downtown SF. The space is very quiet, calming, and peaceful —surrounded by nature. There are deer and birds nearby, and beautiful eucalyptus and fruit trees. Note: the apartment is on the side of a hill, so you’re in the trees, but expect a bunch of stairs.
