Wake up in this thoughtfully remodeled Victorian house situated in the historic Brighton Heights neighborhood — only a 10-minute drive to downtown! Perfect for gathering, this space comfortably sleeps 14 people; with the 2nd floor featuring 2 master bedrooms each with their own bathroom and one soaking tub to unwind. Downstairs, the chef's kitchen boasts a gourmet commercial gas stove and a massive leathered granite island fully equipped to satisfy all your cravings. This must be the place. The space Victorian on the outside modern on the inside. This newly renovated house features all the modern comforts that make this the perfect space for family getaways, weekend celebrations, or for those who want to work remotely with a different backdrop and fast WiFi. 1st Floor The 1st floor features an open floor plan that’s perfect for entertaining. The chef’s kitchen is the highlight with a gourmet commercial gas stove, a marble backsplash, and a massive leathered granite island for everyone to gather around. The sliding glass doors in the dining room will lead you out to the rear deck and tree-lined yard. There’s also a partial bath and washer and dryer located downstairs. 2nd Floor The two master bedrooms equipped with king-sized Serta mattresses are on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms: one has a soaking tub and the other has a 9 ft. tall shower. The voice-controlled Nest speakers in each room answer queries and translations in real-time, play your favorite songs and allow you to control the thermostat. The living room and masters all have the largest 55-inch smart LGTVs in the house. 3rd Floor The 3rd floor has 2 additional large bedrooms with another full bath. Two queen air mattresses are available if more sleeping areas are needed besides the 6 beds. Basement Currently, there's a doorway leading to the basement with no door. We have temporarily turned it into a gym equipped with an exercise bike, free weights, weight bench, yoga mats, and bands for you to enjoy. Extra Accommodations - International power converters - Changing table and playpen for parents Guest access On the day of your check-in, we will text you the code to unlock the home. The code will be the last 4-digits of your phone number. The front door has a smart lock and no physical keys will need to be retrieved. Parking There is only street parking available. You can park anywhere and there are no tow-away zones. Other things to note Safety & Security There’s an alarm system with front and rear cameras outside of the house that includes audio. In case of an emergency, there’s also a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
