History: Originally a residence built in 1944 that was later converted into a retail space and 3 apartments. The retail space was a barber shop until we took over in 2019. Neighborhood: Located in the historic district of Downtown Fredericksburg with nearby shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a mix of historic and modern homes. 900 square foot space with zen-like atmosphere. Great for reflective and creative work. Good natural light, plants, beautiful abstract artwork, high-end woodwork throughout, adjustable track lighting and additional modern lighting, built in Bluetooth sound system
