Colorfully Designed Artistic Home | Perfect for Small Events

This space works great for small events up to 20 people including baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, graduation parties and other small gatherings. The space features a large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a large wood table and breakfast nook. The living space makes for a gorgeous backdrop, with Vine Leaf green walls. The backyard was recently landscaped and features two seating areas. If you want to provide and set up tables + chairs in the backyard you are more than welcome to. There is one back room available for use as well. The room is the "art room" with walls painted a stunning dusty rose color. This room has a very calming vibe. All rooms in this home are well decorated and work great for a variety of events. **Heads up!! As mentioned in one of the reviews, depending on the season the backyard may not be reliable for events due to mosquitos. That being said, the backyard HAS been sprayed for mosquitos and fire ants and will continue to be treated every 3 months.
