THE SPACE: Introducing our newly remodeled historic 40-year-old creative studio space, a true gem nestled in the heart of the vibrant Noho Arts District. With its awe-inspiring 20’ ceilings, a lighting grid for easy fixture setup and meticulously designed 1570 ft² interior (650 ft² Stage), this space is a haven for artistic expression. CYCLORAMA WALL: The Corner Cyclorama Wall (11’L x 9’W x 12’H) bathes in beautiful natural ambient light from the north and is rented as-is. For those seeking perfection, fresh paint for the Cyc wall is an additional $125. Please allow us 24/hrs notice to coordinate painting the cyc. ACCESS: Enjoy convenient 24HR Ground Level Access for easy load-in/load-out through the 8’W x 12’H roll-up garage door. PARKING: Parking is provided for up to 4 passenger vehicles with options for large trucks up to 26ft when notified within 48hrs of booking. NATURAL LIGHT: Natural light from the north is present on the cyc and kitchen, which features a spiral staircase and fully functioning kitchen amenities. SOUND: Our space accommodates various productions from interviews to music videos, commercials to films; however, we are by no means a “sound stage”. Occasional ambient city noise can be heard in the studio. Unedited long form dialog or live streaming events are not recommended to book due to the irregular city noise pollution. KITCHEN AMENITIES: Our fully functioning kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, coffee/espresso maker, tub sink. HAIR AND MAKEUP: We have two separate areas for HMU and changing areas. It is recommended that your HMU artist provide additional lighting. PRICING: Pricing starts at $96/HR for groups 1-5 people, $150/HR for groups of 6-9 people, $175/HR for 10 or more. Shoots exceeding the booked time incur a 1.5x/hour and an additional $50/HR Site Rep Fee. Overnight storage is available for $100/Night. AFTERHOURS SHOOTS: For afterhours shoots, an additional $100/HR applies for shooting after midnight. WIFI AVAILABLE. SITE REP: An on-site Manager will be present during the booking. WORK IN PROGESS: Please be aware that certain areas of the space are undergoing construction, aimed at further enhancing your experience. We have taken great care to ensure functionality in these spaces, whether for lighting or storage purposes. Kindly honor any roped-off and/or restricted areas for your safety, as we strive to deliver an exceptional environment.
