Contemporary home with modern and designer furniture. A unique space with tons of south facing natural light. Large windows that are great for photographer and videography. Three great outdoor spaces including a roof deck which has some views of the Chicago skyline. The whole house is three floors, the main floor with a large kitchen with an expansive marble island, a dining room and sitting room; a basement with a living room, guest bedroom and bathroom. The basement is partially open to the main floor and connected via a very large window which creates incredible light throughout the home. Many of the finishes in the home are custom which create a unique space for photography and videography. Lastly there is a second floor with three bedrooms. The second floor with the three bedrooms will not be included in the booking unless arranged ahead of time -- the bedrooms not included in the booking are two childrens bedrooms and a master bedroom.
