Welcome to The Golden Side—our bright and modern designer home located in Los Angeles. This modern A-Frame home has been featured on the cover of Domino Magazine and seen in content and ads for many brands. The recently built home is 2100 square feet and includes a ton of natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with color-blocked cabinets and open brass shelving, a designer dining room, a breakfast nook, two guest bathrooms with their own unique vibes, two full bathrooms and one powder room all with beautiful tile, an open and airy living room with stunning hillside views and light, and white oak wood flooring throughout. The home includes a ton of beautiful props (both new and vintage) that can be incorporated into your shoots. For extra space, there is a laundry room that can be used for prep as well as some paved outdoor space near the home's entrance for catering or extra equipment. Iron and steamer provided. This is a 2-story home with access to the home via exterior stairs making it very private and sits above street level. Our driveway can be use by cars or small vans for loading/unloading production equipment and there is ample street parking in front of the home or on surrounding streets.
