Luxury Condo Times Square Daily Specials

This luxury high rise condo located in Times Square with amazing city views and many different areas to use for backgrounds. There is a nice living room area with open kitchen, a master bedroom, a lovely bathroom and high ceilings. There are also huge white walls all round the condo. The space can hold up to 8 people for a production (films, photo shoots, commercials, etc). The oversized windows are facing Times Square which gives the most perfect natural light all day long. The blackout shades can be open or closed to avoid lighting. Most productions teams bring minimal lighting, the natural light is more than enough for most projects. In the main area -living room- there are all sort of scenarios that can be used as different backgrounds: A fully equipped open kitchen, a living room chill area with couches, oversized mirror and a projector. Every corner can look like it's a different space. The bedroom has a king size bed, 65' Samsung 4K SUHD TV that also faces Times Square with oversized windows as well. There is some lovely bedroom decor. With a lot of space to maneuver for good angles and beautiful natural light. We are located on a great level floor to get some amazing views of Times Square. There are great sized elevator that can fit minimal equipment. The condo has been recently featured in many magazines and videos. At the top of the building there is a big rooftop with seating also available upon request only with an extra fee. You can see amazing views of Manhattan and New Jersey. (This is not included in the rental, please ask about availability and rates). RULES - PLEASE READ - No parties are allowed in this space. - We have a no shoes policy: the crew can wear shoe covers / booties or socks. The talent can wear shoes only while on camera. - All props and equipment must be appropriately padded to avoid scratching the wood floors. - Take pictures before starting so you know where to put things back. - Everything must be put back on its original place. - All furniture can be moved and re arranged. Please lift and do not drag. - All closets are off limits. - If you are using the bed with makeup or anything that can leave stains, please bring your own bedsheets - KING SIZE. - No animals of any kind allowed. - NO SMOKING allowed in the space. - No GLITTER or No CONFETTI in space. - There is no open flame, candles, smoke machines, cooking or frying allowed in site.
