Huge, artistically naturalistic backyard and terraced hilltop with a little bit of everything: vine covered arbor, waterfall and pond, fruit trees, native plants, flowers, vineyard, large lawn, vegetable garden, peaceful Zen sitting areas, winding stone and gravel paths, sandbox, and large Spanish style tile patio. You will immediately notice the quiet serenity of this property and its surroundings. It’s private with tall hedges/ trees. Perfect for covid-safe productions. There is a public park with a clean bathroom and more parking 2 blocks from property. (In a “pinch,” the indoor bathroom is available, using masks and hand-sanitizer but for now we’re only accepting outdoor shoots.) Space is not soundproof but very quiet. You’ll hear the waterfall, birds, and every once in a while, dogs barking, gardening equipment, airplanes/helicopters/ cars on the street. Space has natural light with many sunny or shady spots to choose from
