Located in the heart of Topanga, the legendary hippy-citadel of love and surrounded by 243 square-miles of the breathtaking Santa Monica Mountains. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed in the tower, plus a daybed downstairs. Spectacular 2-person tub, wrap-around yard, fountains, lush landscaping. LIMITED TO 1-2 GUESTS ONLY. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, VISITORS, OR PETS. Smoking outside only. The space: The Blue Bungalow is the ideal couple or solo get-away place. It is a stand-alone cottage, on it's own piece of land, filled with romance to the max. It is not a guest house, nor does it have a guest house. It is a charming, warm, private, and drop-dead-gorgeous little house. The oversized, two-person tub is dedicated to the art of taking a bath, with a wall of glass doors that can open to the outdoors. There are two separate rooms with toilets for ultimate personal privacy. The upstairs tower is arguably the sweetest bedroom in all of Los Angeles. The Little Blue Bungalow is the penultimate perfect couple's get-away place, or solo retreat. Very roomy outside with lush plantings, lots of places to sit, and two babbling fountains with on-off switches if you don't prefer the water-sound. :—) This is an ideal spot for couples to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, or other special times, or ideal as an artist's retreat to write or compose. SO SORRY, BUT DUE TO SIZE, SOUND, AND PARKING LIMITATIONS, THE LITTLE BLUE BUNGALOW IS NOT A PARTY OR GROUP-GATHERING PLACE. IT IS NOT A WEDDING-CEREMONY OR RECEPTION SITE.
