Captain’s Quarters is ship-shape and then some! This spacious home is outfitted for every possible whim. Enjoy some tunes in the formal living room or watch a movie in the den from the oh-so-cozy sectional sofa pit. Cook up a storm in the kitchen—the hard part is deciding if you want to dine at the counter, in the breakfast nook, or al fresco on the deck. The hammock, ping pong table, indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor jacuzzi tub are all screaming “R&R,” but if you must work, an upstairs space has the perfect desk set-up. Also upstairs are the guest bedrooms, full hall bath, and beautiful, breezy main bedroom with ensuite bath and private deck overlooking the neighborhood. Once an industrial area, Old Fourth Ward has blossomed into one of Atlanta's premier destinations for dining and shopping, thanks in large part to Ponce City Market, a must-visit for those who like to eat, drink, and do. This massive food hall, retail space, and rooftop amusement park, located in what was once a Sears, Roebuck & Co warehouse from the 1920s, isn't the only attraction though—a stroll down Atlanta's BeltLine trail will take you to various other markets, eateries, parks, and notable spots. Old Fourth Ward borders on the Sweet Auburn Historic District, with both areas sharing significant Martin Luther King, Jr. sites (The King Center, his birth home, and his church) as well as Edgewood Avenue's lively nightlife scene.

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. The rental property’s cleaning fee covers the cleaning of the property and its amenities, but does not include the cleaning of linens. It is expected that the beds will remain clean and made throughout the duration of the production. If any of the beds are used during the production, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning the linens. The amount of the additional fee will be determined by the owner or manager of the property.
