With this rental, you get exclusive access to all four unique apartment units, the rooftop patio, and the on-site Event Space. All of these spaces are located in the same building, conveniently in historic, walkable downtown Nashville, Indiana: • 1-North – Sink into relaxation in 1-North, as you’re surrounded by dark and cozy shades of blue. High ceilings, natural materials, and classic details ensure this tone-on-tone space feels cozy and timeless. Our one bedroom, one bath unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio. 1-North is also our only unit that’s considered fully ADA-accessible, with wider doorways and hallways, a tiled roll-in shower, and other thoughtful considerations that can be enjoyed by all visitors. • 2-South – Warm hues and cozy furnishings will surround you with an inviting glow in 2-South. High ceilings, natural materials, and classic details ensure this soothing space feels timeless, but with a modern twist. This two-bedroom, one bath unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and access to the shared rooftop patio via an interior stairway. • 3-East – Feel your spirits lift as you enter the light and airy second floor unit that is 3-East. Vaulted ceilings, natural materials, and classic details ensure this bright space feels spacious, yet is still cozy and welcoming. This three-bedroom, two bath unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-out access to the shared rooftop patio. • 3-West – Find yourself transported to simpler times and cozy surroundings in 3-West, our moody and colorful second floor unit. Vaulted ceilings, natural materials, and classic details help showcase the colors, textures, and experiences of nature in Brown County. This three-bedroom, two bath unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-out access to the shared rooftop patio. • Rooftop Patio – The rooftop patio is furnished with a gas grill, along with plenty of chairs, tables, and stools for lounging, dining, and relaxing. There are two covered overhangs with ceiling fans to help you stay cool, protect you from the rain, and keep bugs away, on even the hottest Indiana summer nights. A 6 ft long linear gas fire table makes staying warm and making s’mores easy any time of the year. • Event Space – The Event Space brings together salvaged and handcrafted elements to create a feeling of rustic elegance, making it the perfect backdrop for your next event. The Event Space is almost 1,000 square feet, with two unisex bathrooms, access to a catering kitchen, and two overhead doors that can be opened to create an outdoor feel on warm days. Use of our rectangular folding tables and black folding chairs is included with the rental.
