Photoshoots, fitness, yoga, sip & paint, brand and product shoots, wine tastings, product launches, proposals, FOR ALL EVENTS HOST(s) will provide 1-2 onsite coordinators to assist during events from cleaning up, bartending, to act as a runner for food and cocktails, check people in at the door etc. This service is a courtesy and is not additional. It is included in your rate. A Guest List MUST be provided 48 hours in advance for all attendees and vendors. Our staff will check them in at the door. NO ONE will be allowed in if they are not on the guest list -no exceptions.
