Downtown Artist Curated Lofted Condo

Downtown Durham artist curated, lofted condo located on the historic street of Rigsbee ave. 100 year old building with original red brick walls. Owned and curated by artist/designer Alivia Moe. Features a combination of vintage furnishings ranging from 1970’s - 1990’s and mid century modern, contemporary. Original one of a kind contemporary art including work by Alivia Moe and Useless Treasures as well as prints of work by Icons including Egon Schiele cover the walls. Collected decor from all over the world; including China, Spain, France, Portugal and Africa, round out the space, highlighting the interconnections between cultures. This space would be ideal for photo shoots, content creation, meetings, all of the above. If you have an idea Owner Alivia Moe wants to help you make your idea a reality using her curated space. This idea must be clearly stated and discussed with Owner prior to being accepted to using the space. THIS SPACE CANNOT BE USED FOR EVENTS LARGER THAN 5 PEOPLE. The use of the downstairs open concept living room, kitchen, dining room is the only part of the space available for use. This includes a full bathroom downstairs. With the exception of the lofted bedroom and art studio if they are needed to be used for photographers to shoot from a different perspective of the space.
