Welcome to our light-filled, classic 1920's designer home peacefully tucked in a dream location at the foot of the Hollywood Hills behind the iconic Chateau Marmont at the border of Laurel Canyon and the Sunset Strip. A visual jewel, the former home of a world famous photographer with classic Spanish vine-roped exterior, and warm, stylish, sophisticated mid-century interior renovated and appointed by its current artist owner. Inside you'll find open spaces, antique windows and fixtures, splashes of exotic color, and mid-century design. Front windows overlook a panoramic view of Los Angeles. In addition to a designer interior, we also have a sun-dappled backyard garden grove of antique brick centered around a deep blue tiled pool. Tall varieties of California greenery form backdrop of privacy and elegance. Succulents, banana trees, long loping palms. exposed outdoor shower. Two outdoor entry ways from easy street loading. Rounding out the confines are two unique and vivid custom bathrooms (one full) alternately bright and warmly styled, perfect for cosmetic, bath and body shoots or the like. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
