Our property is not well lit, we limit our home to daytime events for this reason and that it is difficult to relocate our three generations of family from the home! Only 10 minutes from downtown Malibu and Calabasas/US-101. We are near SADDLE PEAK LODGE, an excellent high-end consideration for your after party! Price is listed for exterior rental + use of 2,400 sq foot on-site photo production house which features a makeup room (including mirror, chairs and space for wardrobe), kitchenette, fridge, full bathroom, white-walled daylight studio with cyc wall & general ample space for catering set up/staff holding. Access via mile long DIRT DRIVEWAY. 4x4 not necessary for cars. We've had a number of shoots with RVs, Catering Trucks, grip trucks, ect without issue. Ample parking on property however depending on the type of event, we recommend staff and UTV 5-seater rentals or vans to ferry guests to the primary location chosen from overflow parking area. Pricing does not include use of INTERIOR of main ranch house. This is our home, and special accommodations must be made for use however we are open to the discussion.
