Spanish style white house with a kidney-shaped 6' deep salt water pool built from the 60s, and a jacuzzi surrounded with cactuses and banana trees. The house is within a nice compound of a cul-de-sac and are surrounded by fruit trees, bamboos and cactuses fenced by wood and brick walls. Beautiful open kitchen with a large kitchen island, bright sunlight in the kitchen and living area with a white painted stone fire place. Light wood cabinets with leather handle, white marble-like waterfall counter top and an archway connecting to the dining area. The dining area has wood table, bench and bungalow style bamboo-white chairs, together with a wood shelf and double glass french door facing to the front of the house with two skinny tall palm trees. Quiet neighborhood with amazing sunlight all times of the day. Please NOTE that heated options for pool and jacuzzi are NOT included in the base price. 2 HOURS MINIMUM and please keep in mind that it takes at least 30mins for the jacuzzi to heat and 3 hours for the pool to heat (it is a very deep pool). **There is a dog (Boston terrier) and a cat (Persian) lives in the house. They can be kept in the garage or bedroom during bookings and they don’t usually make noise. We can also bring them out of site during the shoot.
