Follow us on Instagram @Xohh_events for more photos, videos and updates THE SPACE This secluded property located on 2 acres in the Cahuenga Pass area of the Hollywood Hills is a perfect location for your next photo shoot. The main feature and rental area is the private exotic garden in the back yard which has over 14,000 square feet of space that includes a breathtaking Kasbah, a beautiful Moorish style accent pool, a large Moroccan style star fountain, a secluded lushly planted firepit area, a hidden garden with a gazing ball, a handcrafted jade colored concrete bench inlaid with authentic tiles from Fez, Morocco, a large flagstone multi-level patio and other water fountains and gardens. Traditional Moroccan colors including cobalt blue, golden yellow, wine red and jade green are echoed throughout the features in the garden. With the rental of the outdoor area, a small sanitized/clean 1/2 bathroom (toilet and sink - pictured) as well as an outdoor dressing area (33" x 50") are included. Newly added, a second story multi-level deck with contemporary/boho chic furniture as an ADD-ON that can be used as a stand-along for photo shoots or a high angle perspective of the back yard, please see photos. In addition, there is an attached air conditioned/heated apartment that includes a large room (24' x 16') for wardrobe and make up and includes use of a kitchen and seating area as well as a full bathroom (pictured) available as an Add-On The master bedroom is also available for rent to provide a space and privacy for talent. Approximately 12 vehicles will fit in the motor court and there is street parking along the Wonder View Drive a short walk away. For larger productions, two open lots at front of the property can be rented directly from LADWP (see owner for details). PARKING There is plenty of parking, either on the property or along the unrestricted road adjacent to the property. INCLUDED IN THE BASIC RENTAL *Kasbah (Moroccan Garden House) – The gem of the backyard, this beautiful one of a kind, high-domed structure is reminiscent of old Morocco, with arched doors, brilliant traditional colors of golden yellow, wine red and cobalt blue on the interior walls. The high ceiling is accented by a glorious Turkish chandelier and colorful beams that are a stunning sight when looking up. The couch and chairs have equally colorful pads and pillows completing the look. Dimensions are 21’ wide and 16’ long. *Moorish Pool – 24’ long x 8’ wide and 4 – 5’ deep, this blue tiled saltwater pool can be used for media productions as it is clean; heating the pool is an additional charge (see Add Ons). Pool is lit at night. *Moroccan Star Fountain – In the center of the patio and lined up with the pool and Kasbah is a beautiful 14’ foot octagonal water fountain capped with flagstone and containing a 12’ colorful handcrafted star with blue, red, white and yellow tiles. With the sound and sight of the gushing water, this fountain creates an ambiance for the space. *Firepit - The fire pit area has a cool vibe with the surrounding ferns, lush foliage and trees overhead. Hand crafted rustic wooden swing bench, antique Buddha head and unique wood spool chairs along with Moroccan style accent lights hanging from the trees give this space a welcoming Zen vibe all the time. The blue glass firepit can be lit at an additional charge (see Add Ons) *BBQ/Bar area – Perfect for setting up for make up or for catering, this 11’ x 10.5’ covered Bar/BBQ area includes a custom built in concrete colorful wrap around bar counter with pieces of red/green/blue glass, 4 bar stools, hot and cold-water sink, multiple outlets, an igloo cooler. BBQ (pictured) with propane is an add on. *Lawn – A 1,750 square foot high-quality, realistic but synthetic lawn is tough and clean, gives the space a lush look but no concerns about grass stains or damage from equipment or additional furniture. *Other garden areas – Charming and secluded areas off of the main lawn area are three other garden areas. Within a few steps of the Kasbah is the diamond garden flanked by 4 upright silver-blue Junipers and with a gazing ball atop of a lionhead pedestal. Off of the lower patio and near the rose garden is the handcrafted green concrete bench with inlaid Moroccan mosaics with a flagstone floor and blue glass star; overhead is a beautiful weeping pepper tree and, in the center, a classic glass table. The Buddha head fountain garden, the first area that the guests pass next to when entering the space, is charming with the sound of splashing water and the regular bird visitors during the day; with the flowers throughout the year and landscape lighting at night, it is pleasing to the eye. *Upper patio – Underneath the shade of an upper deck the flagstone covered upper patio. With a lionhead fountain, planters, lounge chairs and a table, this area is ideal for talent or production to relax or use for wardrobe for smaller productions. *Lower patio – Wrapping around the Star Fountain, bordered by the rose garden, the Buddha fountain garden and pool area, the lower patio is the perfect place to set up cameras and screens for photo/fashion shoots. With plenty of space for the entire production crew, this area generally services as the staging area. *Bathroom – A half bathroom (pictured) with a toilet and sink conveniently located off of the lower patio. Toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. Good for smaller productions; the indoor apartment can be rented in Add Ons if talent needs a private bathroom or for larger productions. *Landscape lighting – Throughout the entire space, there are pathway lights, accent lights, overhead space lights and lighting in and around the Kasbah, pool and patio areas. Please note that that some of the featured photos of the past events had colored production or event lighting which was supplied by the guest. *Front yard and driveway - Production is welcome to use these area as well as entry door to home for photo shoots. *Parking inside the motor court for approximately 12 vehicles and unregulated street parking along Wonder View Drive. For larger productions, there are two dirt lots (approximately 25 extra vehicles/catering truck capacity) along the driveway which can be rented from the LADWP. WHATS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BASIC PRICE (Please see Add Ons) *Apartment – For larger media events, it is recommended to rent the apartment with a full bathroom to provide an indoor space for wardrobe and talent. Also, there is an indoor seating area and dining area with a television and streaming channels. *BBQ – This would be for rental of the BBQ with propane only. The bar and BBQ area is included in the rental. *Heaters - On cold days/nights we can supply outdoor propane heaters. *Firepit - To have a live fire with natural gas in the firepit area. Host to turn on and off. *Heated Pool - Charge is a one-time fee for a 6-hour period.
