Space: This gem is located on the 3rd floor of a walkup located in the heart of Little Caribbean in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The living room is bright and airy, with all white walls and a quaint feel. The flood of light coming into the space during the day sets a perfect scene for lifestyle & portrait shoots. The hallway is painted a beautiful turquoise color. The bathroom has a classic NYC vibe with black and white tile. There is a full kitchen with cookware that can be used if you are filming for YouTube or similar platforms. There is also a backdrop stand and backdrop paper in green, yellow & white, perfect for a small photo or video shoots. The bedroom can also be used but is not set up with bedding or additional bedroom furniture. That room can easily be used as a hair/makeup station and changing area if needed. Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a busy Flatbush neighborhood, a 4-minute walk from the 2/5 train. It is 2 stops away from Flatbush junction & 15-minutes away from Atlantic Center. *Please note, we are located in a vibrant community so this is not a soundproof space. For video filming, we highly recommend bringing great audio recording equipment. Parking: There is free street parking. Alternate side rules apply. Details: There are three outlets in the living room and multiple throughout the space. There are two flights of stairs to enter the space. The apartment is the 1st one on the left once you get to the 3rd-floor landing. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants for lunch/delivery. Complimentary filtered water is in the fridge. There is a 5-guest maximum. Larger groups may be considered on a case-by-case basis and there would be an additional fee of $50 per person added to your booking amount.
