Are you ready for something different? The Seattle Warehouse offers approx. 1700 sqft of moody industrial vibes! This penthouse suite has an open floorplan with an abundance of natural light, but floor to ceiling black curtains to control the light as needed. The funky grid windows span three of the four walls and open for great air flow, not to mention add a cool shop-like vibe. Most of the furniture and plants are movable, but please move them back to their home when you are done. Most are on wheels to make it easy to customize your look! King size mattress is available behind the wood wall. Bring your own linins. There are two 8'x8' movable walls on wheels. What else? - AC unit to help take the edge off of these warm summer days. - Large service elevator that opens directly into the space. - Two loading docks available. - Plenty of FREE ON SITE parking. - Easy to get to location. - Concrete floors. - High ceilings. - Warm Lighting on dimmers. And one more thing: This is a creative space which means it's ever changing. At times we will be swapping out rugs, furniture etc. We do try to keep the photos as updated as possible but if there is something specific you need/want please make sure to mention it in your booking.
