Dollhouse Row is a locally famous street in OCNJ that houses 9 original "Dollhouses" - tiny homes that were built in the 1920's. Each home has it's own unique charm and character. "Grayce" was the name given to my cottage by previous owners so that is how I refer to it! Grayce hosts 2 BR, 1 bath, LR, eat in kitchen and is a little under 800 sq ft. Grayce is actually the largest of the Dollhouses! Even though she is tiny, the space feels inviting and relaxing. She is also 300 ft from Pecks Bay (before the housing boom, Grayce was once Bayfront property!) and about 5 blocks from the beach.

Being an ER nurse (married to an ER physician), we know the importance first hand of reducing the spread of Covid. All pillows and mattresses are covered in water proof/bed bug proof protective covers that are changed between each guest. Sofa and ottoman are covered in waterproof slipcovers that are changed between each guest. All blankets, towels, wash clothes etc are laundered using disinfecting laundry detergent in hot water. Grayce is given a deep clean between each guest which includes the use of anti-viral cleaners and disinfectants. All doorknobs, door handles, drawer pulls/handles, light switches, closet handles, etc are all cleaned with anti-viral cleaners, along with all counter tops and high touch surfaces. Floors are also mopped between each guest. A HEPA certified air filter is located in the family room. We provide hand sanitizer and face masks for our guests. We also have contact-less check-in and check-out.

Les invités peuvent annuler leur réservation de 90 jours à 14 jours avant le début de leur événement et recevoir un remboursement de 50 % (frais non compris) du prix de leur réservation.
