Please note the only access is STAIRS. The studio is structured as an open space concept with an office attached to the infinity wall. We have a vanity counter that's great for makeup and a private washroom for models to get dressed. Full day booking (9AM -10PM): equivalent of 8 hour charge. Rental INCLUDES use of: --multiple C-stands, apple boxes, sandbags, and V flats - Several backdrops included - Flexible bar area with vanity space for easy makeup application - Clothing racks - Adjustable standing/sitting honeycomb tables perfect for versatility + comfy office chairs - luxury puzzle lounge stools for the perfect photo -Microwave/Centrally filtered water/coffee&tea station + water boiler -Free Parking * note the infinity flooring will inevitably have some blemishes. We steam it every time and paint it periodically . Most shoots don’t show flooring, but if perfect white flooring required plz let us know and we can make special arrangements to have it painted prior to visit. *lights are NOT included in the rental. Plz bring sufficient lighting, especially on cloudy days. Lighting rental is $25/hr for Nanlite 500 + 60 combo. Client responsible for setup and takedown. *Fog machine usage must be communicated ahead of time, we will provide guidance on how to use it to avoid triggering smoke alarm (close hallway door, low setting and intermittent usage only with bathroom fan and A/C fan on) but it is ultimately your responsibility. If alarm is triggered, a minimum of $500 or the fine levies by fire department, whichever is higher, will be charged! Use at your discretion!
