The studio includes kitchen, bathroom, standing desk, dining table and upright piano. The sliding door takes you outside to the private backyard with patio dining area, outdoor couch and benches, desert landscaping and all day sunshine. Located on a quiet street in Atwater Village, just off the I-5, Dover Studio is walking distance from great restaurants, shops, and bars, as well as Griffith Park a short drive away.
