The roof deck is custom teak wood and hosts views over the city to the palm trees in MDR for epic sunrise, sunset and city lights. An open kitchen and three wrought iron staircases offer creative ideas for film and stills. Master bedroom & master bathroom could be included with prior approval and/or could be additional fee.
