Our space is 24hrs and conveniently located steps away from Penn Station and port Authority. We have 8 individual spaces in the same building on the 14th & 22nd & 23rd floor and can accommodate multiple room bookings for all different kind of usage. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests in our space. As such, we kindly request that open flames and confetti (any use of confetti will result in a $1000 extra charge) are NOT USED during your rental period. This includes candles, sparklers, and any other items that pose a fire hazard or create excessive mess. We are located in a 24hrs doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows Facing East with gorgeous views of The Empire State Building + the 4 super Large windows facing South has Stunning views of the Empire State Building + Madison Sq Garden + The Freedom Tower and the entire Hudson Yards. 12+ foot ceilings throughout, the floor has 1 bathroom and 1 ADA accessible one as well. Suitable Events for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement classes, birthday parties, baby showers and more!
