Our photography studio space is located in the beautiful and diverse Edgewater / Andersonville area of Chicago, and is perfect for still portrait and tabletop photo shoots, or as a business meeting space. There is plentiful metered parking on Broadway, with limited free parking on a nearby side street. We have Walgreens and several grocery stores nearby for supplies and food shoots. There is also a great selection of restaurants in the area and we would be happy to offer recommendations! The full rentable space, including shooting area, hallway, kitchen, and bathroom, is about 1000 square feet. The useable shooting area is about 500 square feet. The ceilings are about 16' high (there is a ceiling fan in one area). This is a single unit building with a first floor, handicap-accessible entry. We are limiting the number of attendees to 8-10 at this time. There will be a studio manager available on-site during rentals to assist at any time. All additional rentals and "upon request" items must be approved prior to rental. The rental includes use of the kitchen, which has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and your choice of a Keurig or standard coffee machine. While we disinfect all surfaces between each rental, renters will be responsible for washing their own dishes and general clean-up of any kitchen appliances used for cooking during the rental. The kitchen/conference table seats about 8, additional folding tables are available. We also get a lot of natural light in the afternoon and do not have blackout curtains at this time. You are welcome to use our v-flats to block most of the light. We do not typically do event rentals, but please contact me with your small event request and I'll see if we can accommodate your needs!
