Modern Luxury Family Home

Our home was built in 2020 and has a modern and luxurious feel. The open floor plan boasts 10' ceilings, 8' doors, and 7" base molding throughout. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all connected in one open space. The kitchen has a large quartz countertop, dark grey cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large walk in pantry. The living room has an 86 inch TV that is much larger in person than in these photos. The dining table has enough seating for eight but there are also four barstools at the kitchen island. The home has four bedrooms, which will be locked during your stay. If you need to use the bedrooms, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of your event so we can have the room ready for you. There will be an additional fee of $50 per bedroom used. The backyard has patio furniture to seat 8 and there are many beautiful flowers to enjoy or take photos with in the backyard. Please note that the home is located in a residential neighborhood, so it is very important to us that the neighbors and neighborhood is respected at all times. The home is also listed as a short term rental and weekends are typically booked. However, please reach out to us if your desired date is not available or if you have special requests.
