This Little Glass Studio is the perfect space to use as a photo studio - but to allow the outside in! Located right in my front yard with plenty of parking, this 10'x12' Greenhouse is complete with sheer curtains, furniture, and the perfect natural light space to create a gorgeous backdrop for your clients. Please note: - NO ELECTRICITY - NO HEAT - NO BATHROOM (can possibly be made available if prior arrangements are made) This is a UNIQUE event venue to use for your MICRO events! Here are some ways renters have used the space: -Elopements/Micro Weddings - Engagement - Romantic Picnic - Watercolor Class - Girls Dinner *Please note that this is a greenhouse in all sense of the word - and not your standard event space! There is NO ELECTRICITY, NO HEAT or A/C, and NO BATHROOM. *Bathroom can possibly be made available with prior arrangements. Otherwise there is a Starbucks 3 min away. The Greenhouse is TINY and max people inside is 8, seated around the table. If you wish to have a micro-wedding, most people have seated additional guests outside (there is a parking pad) while the officiant and couple are inside the greenhouse. Yes, additional guests (over 8) can come but you will have to provide seating and know that they will be out in the elements (rain or shine). MAX people 16 due to space and parking restraints. FAQ's: - Can we bring an extension cord and space heater? --- No, unfortunately not. This goes against my insurance policy AND it doesn't work. I've tried it. ;) I always tell my clients to dress for the weather - but you'll be covered in case of rain! - Can we bring our own decor? ---- The beauty of this space is the decor is done for you!
