The most unique feature of our home is the backyard. We have a small, beautiful creek that flows through our backyard. On the other side of the creek is a forest (we own the other side of the creek too), so you can shoot from, or use, the other side of the creek as well. It also has a 100 ft. flagstone, creekside path and a flagstone patio that sits right on the edge of the creek, with a stone firepit (gas). A very unique and picturesque sitting area. There is also a large deck on the house, and a lower level hot tub and seating area. Lots of different seating areas in the backyard. We bought the property because of the gorgeous creek and lot. Then we totally rebuilt the 2400 sq ft (including finished basement) from top to bottom in a modern style with a bit of a cottage-feel and classic craftsman curb appeal. It has a warm, comfortable and contemporary feel. We are usually quite flexible and reasonable on timing.
